Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds & exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis, so just give us a shout! 

Due to the nature and intimate use of our handmade items, including the current COVID-19 climate, we DO NOT restock returned items. 

We strive to provide quality products to all of our customers. Our delicate body soufflés are sensitive to temperature changes. We are based in Austin, Texas where temperatures can get very high. During warmer weather, products may soften or even melt in transition or while sitting in the mail box. Unfortunately, melting is a normal reaction to heat and we have no control over the weather conditions during transit or delivery. We want to note that melting does not ruin the integrity of our products or decrease the benefits. However, the consistency will change and your soufflé will have the consistency of a balm. Melted products do not qualify for refund. 

As our products are completely natural and holistically made - separation may occur.
